By car

Whether you're coming from the north or south via the Brenner Highway to South Tyrol, take the Brixen/Pustertal exit, then continue on the state highway through the Puster Valley to Bruneck. From there, turn off into the Ahrntal Valley.
You’ll need a vignette for the section of the route in Austria. To save time, we recommend purchasing a digital vignette online in advance. Italian highways are toll roads, but you can conveniently pay the tolls directly on the highway (from the Brenner Pass to the Brixen/Pustertal exit: €2.90).
You can also reach us via Lienz in East Tyrol (A). You’ll cross the Austrian-Italian border between Ahrnbach and Winnebach and continue on the state road into the Puster Valley and on to Brunico. There, turn off into the Ahrntal.
Do you have an electric car? No problem—South Tyrol has numerous EV charging stations where you can charge your electric car. Many accommodations in the Ahrntal Valley also offer charging options.
