Once an enquiry has been made, you will be given the opportunity to submit the report verbally within five working days.

Each report will be assessed by an independent body and further investigations will be initiated. The confidentiality of reports must be maintained and the identity of the reporter protected. Within three months, you will be informed of the results of the assessment and any investigations in writing or verbally - in any case confidentially. Examples of reports are
