Conditions of sale during Summer

Age Groups:

➡️ Juniors: 8 - 15.99 years
➡️ Adults: 16 years and older

DISCOUNTS

Children under 7.99 years travel for free.
Juniors between 8 and 15.99 years pay the junior price.
Adults aged 16 and over pay the adult price.
By accepting the ticket for the minor child, the adult recipient declares to be aware of and to accept without restriction the terms and conditions for passengers, to assume responsibility for the child's use of the facility, and to ensure that the use of the facilities is under direct supervision.
Discounts are only available upon presentation of a disabled person's ID card: 15% discount on the list price.
Discounts of any kind are granted only upon presentation of a valid ID. Self-declarations are not accepted. The person interested in the discount must be present at the cashier.
Group discounts from 15 people are available on request. No additional discounts or free tickets are granted on special offers.

TICKETS

The ticket or ski pass is a personal identification document. It is NOT transferable or exchangeable. To ensure the assignment of the ticket to an individual, the ski pass system automatically captures photos each time access to a lift facility is granted. These photos are automatically deleted after the validity of the ski pass expires. There is no possibility to shorten or extend the validity period of purchased tickets. Lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or revoked tickets will not be refunded or replaced.
Strict controls are conducted using electronic readers at access points in ski areas. Tickets and ski passes must be presented to lift personnel upon request for inspection.
Any misuse of ski passes and tickets, including use by third parties or using incorrect age categories, will be penalized.
In the event of misuse, the ticket may be canceled. In cases of abuse, twice the ticket price will be charged. Civil and criminal actions are reserved.
The ticket is only valid during the respective operating hours.

PRICES AND PRIVACY

The ticket complies with the tax receipt regulations (Decree of June 30, 1992).
The use of ski passes assumes knowledge and acceptance of the sales conditions.
The information required by Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 is available at the ski pass office and listed on the website. In accordance with Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the ski pass buyer consents to the use of personal data for marketing purposes.
